Rent anything on one agreement
Real rental yards don’t rent one kind of thing. A single Rental Pilot agreement can carry all of it, each line with its own rate and bill-through date.
- Serialized units with their own history
- Bulk items rented by quantity
- Flat-rate items and packages
- Gear you sub-rent from suppliers
- Fencing, plus fuel and propane deliveries
- Daily, weekly and monthly rates per line
Signed, then worked through queues
Customers sign electronically, on the office screen or on a phone at the job site. From there each agreement moves through work queues — unsigned, active, awaiting return, history — so the office always knows what needs a signature, what is out and what is due back.
Customer-specific pricing and price lists apply automatically, so the rate a customer was quoted is the rate that lands on the agreement.
Connected to dispatch and billing
Adding equipment to an agreement creates the delivery; returning it creates the pickup. Billing cycles run off each line’s bill-through date, and nothing invoices until your staff approve it.

Questions
- Can customers sign rental agreements electronically?
- Yes. Agreements can be signed electronically in the office or in the field on the Rental Pilot mobile app, and the signed copy stays on the agreement.
- Can one agreement mix rental rates?
- Yes. Each line has its own daily, weekly or monthly rate, and serialized, bulk, flat-rate, package and sub-rented items can all sit on the same agreement.
- Does it handle customer-specific pricing?
- Yes. Set pricing per customer and generate price lists; the customer’s rates are used when lines are added.
